Firm Obtains Modified Visitation Schedule

Our client and her daughter’s father could not agree to amend their visitation schedule when their current schedule became burdensome. Our firm filed a Petition for Modification of Order of Visitation Made by Family Court in Nassau County Family Court, which alleged the breakdown in communication between the parties. The Judge ordered that the visitation schedule be changed so as to better accommodate the parties’ current situation, including parenting time every other weekend and two weeknight visits on alternating weeks.
