Today our firm won sole (residential and legal) custody for the mother with the father’s parenting time either supervised or unsupervised as the parties agree. The parties already had a prior court order so the firm needed to prove changed circumstances and that modification of the agreement was in the best interests of the child. The father’s violation petition against the mother was also dismissed.
