Adversary Withdraws Lawsuit Against Our Client
Our firm submitted a letter to opposing counsel which stated that if the lawsuit against our client was not withdrawn, we would make a motion for attorneys fees for having to defend a frivolous lawsuit. As a result, opposing counsel withdrew the action one day later.
