Court awards custody to our client
The firm negotiated a custody settlement today, the terms of which were placed on the record and so-Ordered by the Court. The agreement awards joint legal custody to the parties and sole residential custody to our client. A parenting time schedule was negotiated based on the opposing party’s complex work schedule. The Court complimented our firm’s comprehensive Stipulation on the record.
