Firm Submits Uncontested Divorce Package for Published Matrimonial Decision
Today the firm submitted a divorce package for a matrimonial action that we successfully litigated after our firm was hired for a complicated and lengthy trial. The Judgment of Divorce will grant our client divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment as well as imprisonment for a period of three years. The Judgment will also award our client exclusive use and ownership of the marital residence, eighty percent (80%) of all marital assets, fifty percent (50%) of the Defendant’s pension, and attorney’s fees. The Judgment will follow a Decision and Order After Trial that was published in the New York Law Journal.
