After we successfully obtained Institutional Medicaid for our client, as expected, the Nursing Home sent a bill for services rendered before we were retained. We negotiated the bill down to about 40% of what the nursing home wanted saving our client tens of thousands of dollars while maintaining an amicable relationship for her and her mother.
