Firm Settles Child Support Contempt and Modification Matters

After lengthy conferences with the Court and negotiations with our adversary, the Family Court so-Ordered the Stipulation which settles our client’s contempt petition and our adversary’s downward modification petition. Our client received all owed medical and extra-curricular arrears in Court and approximately half of the support arrears while the remainder was reduced to a money judgment. The terms related to medical expenses, extracurricular expenses, and college costs going forward remained unchanged.
