Today the firm submitted another divorce package for signature. The divorce Judgment will give our client custody of the child, child support through the Support Collections Unit, and exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence.
Today the firm submitted another divorce package for the Judge’s signature. After less than three months since our client filed the initial summons, the firm held numerous settlement conferences, drafted the extensive agreement with respect to the terms of their divorce, and submitted the final packet for the Court’s review.
Another judgment of divorce was granted after the parties signed a stipulation of settlement.
After the Court issued a wrongly calculated child support obligation in its Judgment of Divorce, the firm filed an emergency motion to correct the Judgment and modify it so that the proper child support award could be imposed.
