Today the firm resolved an order of protection case in favor of our client. On consent of the parties and the attorney for the child, the Respondent agreed to a Refrain From Order of Protection for one year on behalf of our client. The Court also mandated that the child be included in the Order

This afternoon, the firm filed an Emergency Application in Nassau County Supreme Court and the Court granted the requested relief the same day. The Court issued Stay Away Orders of Protection for our client and her son, and granted sole legal and physical custody of the parties’ son to our client.
