Seidner & Associates convinced HMS on behalf of Nassau County Department of Social Services to release a lien that was placed upon the home of our client’s ward without court intervention. The Department recognized that we would succeed on the merits and decided to release the lien to avoid a lawsuit saving taxpayer funds.
