After a lengthy Custody/Visitation matter in Nassau County Family Court, the Judge signed a Final Order of Custody and Parenting Time. The Order grants sole legal and sole residential custody to our client with parenting time to the opposing party as the parties agreed to on the record.

The Court granted the relief requested in our Emergency Order to Show Cause, denying opposing counsel’s request for an adjournment to submit an opposition. After a year of lengthy negotiations, the Court granted a divorce to our client. The Judgment awards our client residential custody of the parties’ children, child support, and health insurance for two years following the judgment.

The firm prepared all the necessary documentation for our client (and several of her siblings) to renounce her interest in her deceased mother’s property. Today the paperwork was filed with the Court and will ensure that our client is not responsible for any deficiencies on the residence.
