The firm represented the Plaintiff in a contested matrimonial matter. Mr. Seidner successfully proved cruel and inhuman treatment and confinement to imprisonment as grounds for the divorce. With regard to equitable distribution, the Nassau County Supreme Court awarded our client significantly greater than 50% of the marital assets, including 100% of the marital residence.
