After the Court issued a wrongly calculated child support obligation in its Judgment of Divorce, the firm filed an emergency motion to correct the Judgment and modify it so that the proper child support award could be imposed. Last week the firm was able to facilitate a settlement between the parties which modifies our client’s child support obligation based on his current income.
