Trial Ended in Our Client’s Favor by Having Trustee Removed

Our client, who is the grantor of a trust, sought to remove the trustee who was not maintaining the property in the trust, stealing money from the trust, and denying the grantor her rightful access to the property. The successor trustee has since removed all violations on the property and has properly managed the trust. The court removed the original trustee for cause and the successor trustee has now stepped into her place.
