The Court granted the relief requested in our Emergency Order to Show Cause, denying opposing counsel’s request for an adjournment to submit an opposition. The Court Ordered that both parties are prohibited from discussing the litigation with the child, coaching him or influencing him in any way, and disparaging each other to or in front of him.
