Court accepts Stipulation for Letters of Administration

After over a year of negotiations between our client (the decedent’s wife) and the decedent’s four children, the parties have stipulated to distribute the estate without court intervention. All the paperwork has been accepted, which included the Stipulation, several affirmations, and obtaining a bond, and the Judge is signing Permanent Letters of Administration to our client.
