Court Conducts Inquest on the Same Day Respondent Defaults

After the Respondent failed to appear for this morning’s conference, the Court granted the firm’s application to do an inquest this afternoon. Petitioner is seeking child support modification because she was recently granted sole legal and residential custody of the two children, a money judgment for owed medical premiums and unreimbursed medical expenses, and incarceration for Respondent’s willful failure to make any payments for the last three years.
