Court Issues Decision After Lengthy Custody Battle

The Queens County Family Court issued a 53 page decision awarding sole custody to our client, the child’s father. The Court described in detail the testimony of our six witnesses, including several teachers, and the incredibility of the mother’s testimony. The Court stated that the evidence overwhelmingly supported our client and the best interests of the child, who requires special education needs, would be served by awarding sole legal and residential custody to the father.
