Our client filed a petition to modify child support after she was awarded sole legal and residential custody of her two children. After an inquest, the Nassau County Family Court issued an order granting her child support request and obligating the Respondent to pay $2,000 per month based on the needs of the child. The Court also issued a money judgment for the total amount requested to satisfy arrears owed for the children’s medical premiums and unreimbursed medical and dental expenses.
