The firm filed an Emergency Order to Show Cause after our client (the father) had reason to believe that the mother was discussing the litigation with the child, coaching him to report allegations to Child Protective Services, and disparaging the father. Today the Court signed the emergency application and granted the interim relief, enjoining the mother from involving the child in the litigation, influencing the child in any way, disparaging the father, and allowing any third party to do the same.
