Firm Obtains Immediate Relief for Father’s Rights Client

After mother restricted our client from having meaningful parenting time with the parties’ child, the firm filed an Emergency Order to Show Cause in Queens County Supreme Court on behalf of the father. The emergency motion sought temporary relief granting father additional parenting time. The judge signed the motion and directed the parties to enter into a stipulation to be so-Ordered granting the Father equal parenting time.
