After Respondent violated a Refrain From Order of Protection that our client obtained a few weeks ago, the firm immediately filed a Violation Petition. The Court granted the Firm’s application and issued a Stay Away Order of Protection, which included temporary custody to our client. Additionally, to protect the child’s interests, the Court appointed an Attorney for the Child and Ordered a CPS investigation.
