Firm reaches settlement in contested matrimonial

After a year of negotiations, the firm settled all outstanding issues pertaining to custody, child support, exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence, and equitable distribution in a contested matrimonial before entering an extensive discovery phase. The parties will sign the Stipulation and do an inquest to finalize the terms on the record next week.
