Firm Submits Stipulation of Settlement in Uncontested Divorce

In an attempt to make the divorce process as quick and painless as possible, our client sought an uncontested divorce in Nassau County. Although the parties thought they agreed on everything, it became apparent that the parties still had several issues that were not yet agreed upon. After many hours of negotiation and multiple revisions of settlement agreements, the parties finally ironed out all potential issues.
