Judge Signs Final Order of Custody and Parenting Time

The Firm defended against an Emergency Petition to Modify a Custody/Visitation Order after the Plaintiff relocated, thereby rendering the parties’ prior visitation schedule impractical. The Judge issued a Final Order of Custody and Parenting Time to reflect the parties’ new visitation schedule. Our client maintained sole residential custody of the parties’ children with visitation to the Plaintiff during the children’s school vacations.
