Judge Signs Limited Letters of Administration

After lengthy negotiations between our client, the decedent’s spouse, and the decedent’s son with respect to the distribution of the estate, the Judge provided our client Limited Letters of Administration for the purpose of corresponding with creditors, accessing financial documents, ascertaining debts, and communicating with financial and investment institutions. Once our client collects all information pertaining to the estate, the Court will issue him permanent Letters of Administration.
