Our client filed a Family Offense Petition on behalf of her young daughter who she fears is being exposed to illegal substances
while in the presence of the other parent. Today the Court issued an Order of Protection requiring the Respondent to stay away from the child when under the influence of illegal substances and ordered an investigation of the Respondent to be done by the Department of Social Services.
