The firm submitted another uncontested divorce package to the Nassau County Supreme Court. The divorce judgment will relieve our client from his spousal support obligation that the Defendant obtained in New Jersey and relieve him from paying any maintenance. All other marital assets were equitably distributed pursuant to the Stipulation of Settlement prepared by the firm.
