Uncontested Divorce Paperwork Submitted for Signature

The firm submitted another divorce package for the Judge’s signature today. The case started out contested and after our lengthy pendente lite motion was decided in our favor (including the award of attorney’s fees), the parties were finally able to enter into an amicable settlement. The divorce will award our client sole legal and residential custody, child support, and exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence.
