Victory Obtained in Family Offense Trial

After a full day of trial and seven witnesses testifying (including two police officers), Mr. Seidner was successful in achieving another win yesterday afternoon in Queens Family Court. Mr. Seidner, who represented the respondent, subpoeaned two police officers to testify against the Petitioner who was believed to have injured herself in an attempt to appear as though she had been assaulted by our client. The petition was dismissed with prejudice against the Petitioner who even had her minor children tell incredible stories on the witness stand which did not hold up under Mr. Seidner’s cross examination. Mr. Seidner’s four witnesses were deemed credible and the Petitioner and her witnesses were not.
